The store page is under construction and is not fully functional. You can still order store items by contacting Jeff or Traci at chapterRstore@live.com as soon as the new format is ready, we'll be good to go.
1. You may place an order for any of the items on this page by emailing Traci at the Chapter R store email.
Please be patient as we work through the completion of the page's funcionality.
2. You will be able to complete the order form and print it out for your records. Using the instructions on the order form, you may also email it to the Store Manager at chapterRstore@live.com. You’ll be contacted to let you know you order has been received and arrange for any additional information or services you may need, such as embroidery.
Make sure you print out a copy for yourself too since you may or may NOT be able to save the order form
once you’ve completed it, UNLESS you have the expensive adobe writer or forms designer program on your computer.
3. Your items will be bagged and contain a copy of the order form showing the items you ordered. Order pickup is usually at the regular Chapter meeting (3rd Sat of the month), so make sure to get your order submitted quickly so it can be processed before the meeting. If something is out of stock and she needs to order your size, guaranteed delivery at next chapter meeting may not be possible if you wait til the last minute to order something.
4. If the items are a gift for someone else, let us know how you want the items delivered.
We’ll explain payment and delivery options to you.
5. All items must be paid for at the time the order is placed OR picked up.
If you want the items mailed to you, payment (plus shipping costs) must be made in advance.
Payment may be made by cash, check or money order when items are picked up at the Chapter meeting.
Payment and mailing options will be discussed when you place your order.
