CHAPTER "R"IDER PHOTOS

Staff is working on the details to develop protocol for
a “Favorite Photo” Contest. Details about the requirements to submit photos and how the winning photos will be chosen will be forthcoming.

Current Photo Submission requirements to have photos included in the Newsletter and on the website are as follows: the photo must be:

1) relative to a GWRRA ride or event;
2) be a vacation or trip taken that clearly shows the motorcycle and rider in the photos;
3) submitted to newlsetter editor and/or webmaster electronically or in digital jpg format no larger than 300 kb in size;
4) both the event or location of the photo taken and the persons in the photo clearly identified.

Due to mailbox size limitations, photos that are emailed to the webmaster may not contain more than 10 photos per email, correctly sized and identified as stated above. Photos may be emailed to the azrwebmaster200@cox.net Photos that do not meet the guidelines for submission may be rejected.
